Post, Earn, and Invest

Covey is a community designed and owned protocol to find the best Managers. Analysts share portfolios of investment ideas, competing in real time. The best Analysts are rewarded, based on a transparent track record and community governed reward algorithm. Investors benefit from the shared wisdom and can allocate money to the best.

POST+SHARE: Analysts post their ideas from an owned ethereum address to a public ledger for anyone to view. Analysts can create different portfolios with different investment themes and invite others to co-create the portfolios. Other users can look at an investor’s portfolio, star them, copy them, or even make suggestions.

EARN: Oracles (Covey at first) calculate the performance of Analysts’ ideas on the public ledger and reward tokens based on the Alpha Algorithm. The Alpha Algorithm is governed by the community. An Oracle collects pricing data and combines it with Analyst idea data to produce the metrics that feed into the Alpha Algorithm. Covey will be the first Oracle, to be replaced later by price vendors who will be rewarded for their work.

INVEST: Covey will continuously surface the best ideas and Analysts. Initially, investors can follow the best Analysts and replicate them in their own investment accounts. Soon, Covey will build investment products that will automatically invest in the best ideas from Covey, allowing anyone to leverage Covey’s best ideas.
